Prices

All prices exclude VAT.  Blue Water Supplies is based in Jersey, Channel Islands and is not VAT registered.  Local VAT may be payable on delivery in the country of delivery.  Prices listed were correct at the time of writing.  Blue Water Supplies reserves the right to change prices at any time and without notification.

Postage

All postage prices quoted are to the UK only and a supplement will be payable should you choose to have your order delivered outside the UK.  Please contact us for details.  All postage prices quoted are for standard parcel post only with the exception of the S200 and X200 for which we quote UPS standard.  The postage cost does not include insurance and all shipping is entirely at the customer's risk. 

Returns and Order Cancellations

Order cancellations prior to shipment will incur a 6% handling fee.  Returned goods that are in new condition will be refunded at 85% less all shipping costs.

Guarantees

All SPADE guarantees are those of the manufacturer (Sea,Tech & Fun SARL).  Guarantees are subject to return of the goods to either Blue Water Supplies or the factory.  Shipping costs for both the original and replacement product will be at the customers expense.

Title

Blue Water Supplies retains legal title of all goods until payment has been received in full.
